If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it (too much)

In September we asked in our survey how to improve Hel Looks website. “Don't change too much” was a pretty typical answer. The simple layout, concise interviews and no scrolling were loved. So we kept the good.

Better archives browsing

A thing that was broken, was browsing old photos. As someone put it: “Browsing old photos is a nightmare”. The new Archive view contains all old looks (almost 1500!). Bigger thumbnails, filtering by gender and search by name make it easy to find stuff.

Bigger photos

Photos look better in big size.

The photos now scale to fill the height of your window, but still look sharp. They look great on a big display. If you have a small display, you can zoom in to see the details.
